By accessing and using Yadav Car Rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

2.1 Permitted Use

• Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes
• Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle
• Vehicles cannot be used for commercial transportation services
• Racing, off-road driving, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

• Vehicles are primarily for use within Gujarat state
• Interstate travel requires prior approval and additional charges may apply
• International borders crossing is strictly prohibited

3. Driver Requirements and Responsibilities

3.1 Driver Qualifications

• Valid driving license (minimum 2 years old)
• No major traffic violations in the past 2 years
• Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Physically and mentally fit to drive

3.2 Driver Responsibilities

• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately
• Keep the vehicle locked when unattended
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received

4. Pricing and Charges

4.1 Rental Charges

• Rates are calculated based on distance covered and time duration
• Minimum billing distance and time may apply
• Overtime charges apply for late returns
• Driver allowance (if applicable) is charged separately

4.2 Additional Charges

• Fuel costs (customer responsibility)
• Toll charges, parking fees, and entry fees
• Border taxes and permit charges for interstate travel
• Cleaning charges for excessive dirt or damage

5.2 Customer Liability

• Customer is liable for any damage caused due to negligence
• Traffic violations and fines are customer's responsibility
• Theft or loss of vehicle due to customer negligence

6. Force Majeure

Yadav Car Rental shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and using it only for service provision and improvement purposes.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the state of Gujarat.

8.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Somnath, Gujarat.

9. Modifications to Terms

Yadav Car Rental reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
